DAY CAMERA SYSTEM
The primary electro-optical sensor delivers 4K Ultra HD resolution with 30× optical zoom — enabling positive identification of personnel and vehicles at distances exceeding 5 km. Unlike consumer-grade drone cameras, this military-specification sensor module maintains image stability through gyro-stabilised optics and digital image enhancement. The system streams encrypted HD video in real-time to the ground control station, while simultaneously recording mission footage on dual-redundant onboard storage. Advanced image processing algorithms automatically adjust for haze, glare, and high-contrast conditions typical of Indian terrain — from Thar Desert sandstorms to Himalayan snow-glare.

INFRARED IMAGING
The secondary thermal imaging sensor uses an uncooled 640×512 microbolometer array — the same class of detector deployed in frontline military ISR platforms globally. This sensor detects heat signatures through complete darkness, fog, light rain, smoke, and camouflage — making the drone operationally effective 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across every Indian terrain and climate zone. Auto-detection algorithms continuously scan the thermal feed and flag human and vehicle heat signatures in real-time, alerting the operator without requiring continuous manual monitoring.
3-AXIS STABILISED
PRECISION GIMBAL
Both the EO and thermal sensors are mounted on a lightweight 3-axis brushless gimbal that delivers sub-millidegree pointing accuracy and ±0.01° stabilisation — eliminating vibration and wind-induced jitter from the video feed even during aggressive manoeuvres and high-wind operations. The gimbal provides 360° continuous pan, -120° to +30° tilt, and ±45° roll compensation — giving the operator full-hemisphere sensor coverage without repositioning the aircraft.

DETECTION & TRACKING
The onboard AI processing unit runs deep-learning neural networks at the edge — eliminating latency and bandwidth dependency that cloud-based systems suffer from. The system performs real-time human detection, vehicle classification, and automatic target tracking across both EO and thermal sensor feeds simultaneously. Once a target is acquired, auto-track mode maintains continuous lock regardless of drone movement, operator input, or target manoeuvres.

The entire communication architecture is built around AES-256 military-grade encryption with frequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) across the full operational band — making the data link virtually impossible to intercept, spoof, or jam. Anti-electronic warfare capability ensures the drone maintains reliable command, control, and video links in contested electromagnetic environments.
