India's first domestically manufactured industrial SLS system. The SinterX Pro combines a 45W RF CO₂ laser with a 200°C nitrogen-inerted chamber for production-grade nylon parts. Purpose-built for defence, aerospace, ISRO, and advanced R&D.

Selective Laser Sintering
A 45W CO₂ laser selectively fuses polymer powder layer by layer in a 200°C nitrogen-inerted chamber, building complex geometries without support structures.
Powder Deposition
Bidirectional roller spreads a uniform 80–200μm layer of polymer powder across the build platform.
Laser Sintering
45W RF CO₂ laser with 200μm spot traces the cross-section, fusing powder particles into solid geometry.
Layer Descent
Build platform lowers by one layer thickness. Fresh powder is deposited. Process repeats for 12.8L build volume.
Cool & Extract
Chamber cools under N₂. Parts are extracted from powder cake. 60% unfused powder is recycled for next build.
