MeshVani Relay

Ultra long range encrypted relay control. 20 km. Frequency hopping. Undetectable.

Control a generator on a mountain peak from base station in the valley. Encrypted. Frequency-hopping. No infrastructure required.

How It Works

Base to peak. One command.

The MeshVani Relay system connects a base control station to a remote relay trigger module over an encrypted LoRa FHSS link — up to 20 km line-of-sight, extendable with repeaters.

FHSS Technology

Invisible to scanners. By design.

Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) rapidly switches the carrier frequency across a wide band in a pseudo-random sequence known only to the paired devices. To an observer, the signal appears as brief, unpredictable noise bursts — indistinguishable from the RF background.

Combined with ultra-low transmission power and narrow bandwidth, MeshVani Relay achieves LPD (Low Probability of Detection) and LPI (Low Probability of Interception) — the gold standard for covert communication links.

Why MeshVani Relay

The most advanced relay in its class

01

20 km Line-of-Sight Range

Control equipment across valleys, mountain ridges, and open terrain. The LoRa radio link reaches 20 km between base station and relay module — with repeaters extending to 50+ km.

20 km point-to-point LOSRepeaters for terrain penetration40+ km demonstrated with elevated antennas
02

Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum

The signal hops across multiple frequencies in a pseudo-random pattern, making it virtually invisible to conventional RF scanners. Low probability of detection (LPD), low probability of interception (LPI).

03

AES-256-GCM Encrypted Commands

Every command is encrypted and authenticated end-to-end. PBKDF2-SHA256 key derivation with 50,000 iterations. Without the password, intercepted traffic is mathematically unrecoverable.

AES-256-GCM authenticated encryptionPBKDF2-SHA256 (50k iterations)Zero-knowledge — even we cannot decrypt
04

Ultra-Low Energy Operation

The relay module draws microamps in standby. Runs for months on batteries, or indefinitely on a small solar panel. Designed for unattended deployment in the harshest environments.

Microamp standby currentSolar-compatible (5-12V DC)Months of battery operation
05

Repeater-Extendable Range

Daisy-chain repeater nodes at intermediate points — ridgelines, towers, buildings — to punch through terrain, forests, and urban environments. Each repeater re-encrypts and re-transmits.

Unlimited repeater chainAuto re-encrypt at each hopTerrain-penetrating coverage
06

Undetectable by Design

Low bandwidth, low energy, frequency hopping. The signal footprint is so small it is indistinguishable from ambient RF noise. Purpose-built for environments where covert operation is essential.

Real-Time Feedback

Command. Confirm. Control.

Every command sent from the base station receives an encrypted acknowledgement from the relay module. The optional HMI touchscreen shows live relay status, signal strength, hop count, and command history.

No guesswork. No blind commands. You know the relay triggered because the relay told you it did — over the same encrypted, frequency-hopping link.
